Your contract for purchases made through this web site lies with Cosmetic Alliance Ltd

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Cosmetic Alliance unless and until Cosmetic Alliance accepts your order by e-mail confirmation and that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it for your own records, as this is your proof of purchase; we hold no responsibility for storing your order details in our database.

You will automatically receive an email to confirm that your order has been received by us.

We check the orders one final time before they leave our premises. If there are any problems with the orders, a member of the team will contact you and let you know as soon as they can. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns Policy for information on shipping to your area.

If any item is priced incorrectly we reserve the right to cancel the transaction at any time.

Cosmetic Alliance will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party, and these details will be used only on secure servers at the time of payment.

You undertake that all details you provide to Cosmetic Alliance for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform Cosmetic Alliance as soon as possible; however, if your order has already been picked or packed in our warehouse, we cannot guarantee to update your order prior to shipping.

In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or re-send goods until we have completed our enquiries. We deem items to be 'lost' if you have not received them after 15 working days of them being sent. Our enquiries can take up to 7 working days, as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances, this will be resolved sooner.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. The Products, including the packaging you receive, may vary slightly from those images.
